Introducing our apprentice, Bellinda Osei

We’re excited to welcome apprentice Bellinda Osei to the Cariocca team.  Bellinda is joining us as Apprentice Business Administrator.We’re committed to supporting young people in our community to help them onto the career ladder and inspire them to run their own businesses in the future.

Here, Bellinda tells us a bit about her background and reasons for joining us..

What inspired you to join Cariocca?

I love the fact that Cariocca helps small businesses and startups by offering office spaces at affordable prices. The organisation also links with the volunteering I do in my free time.

What excites you most about working for Cariocca?

I love the fact there is a chance for me to get a permanent position after my apprenticeship.  Having this work experience will also boost my chances of getting a good job at other places.

Are there any areas you’re particularly looking forward to learning about?

I’m really looking forward to learning all the background work needed to run a successful business, as well as learning the IT skills that are part of my apprenticeship. I used to work as a waitress, so sitting down and getting things done on the computer and on time is one of the things I am looking forward to developing.
