Cariocca sponsored cultural event

Despite the awful weather, the 3rd annual Cultural Market which took place on Saturday 9th December and sponsored by Cariocca in partnership with the Louise Da’Cocodia Education Trust, had a fantastic attendance by the local community.

This year, the event was held at the Z-Arts Centre in Hulme, with an array of products on offer including traditional dress, colourful fabrics, health foods, handmade soaps, candles and ornaments, among others.

Stallholders were delighted with the turnout, with many describing the day as fabulous in terms of sales and the day having a “joyful, vibrant and ecstatic atmosphere”.

Due to the success of the winter event, there is the potential for an additional summer date in 2018 and we’ll keep you updated on this.
