Mumba Kafula

We’re delighted to welcome Mumba onto our board.  Here she tells us about her background and experience to date ….

I’ve joined the Cariocca board as it delivers on an ethos that I am enthused about. The successful drive to support tenants to grow their businesses.  I previously supported Cariocca during the PACT programme and want to continue to follow the vision and legacy of founder Mrs Louise Da’Cocodia.  My background is over 20 years in varying roles with local authorities. I hold an award of excellence - working for Manchester and received a recent runner up award for community entrepreneur in 2017.  I run my own training and coaching company called Dynamic Heights and am passionate about my Dynamic Women of Worth course providing confidence to BME women in pre-business start-ups.  I love to see others fulfil their desires and work towards their true potential.
