Sunil Mohindra

Sunil graduated from Imperial College London with a Degree in Physics after which he qualified as a Solicitor of the Supreme Court in 1980. He also qualified as an Insurance Broker and was awarded the status of Chartered Insurance Practitioner.

Sunil is a Corporate Partner with Slater Heelis LLP (www.slaterheelis.co.uk) , a commercial law firm in Manchester.

He has a long track record in helping the Community and has been Chair, Deputy Chair or a Committee Member of numerous organisations. He is a Council member of Manchester Law Society and a Chartered Member of TiE, a global not for profit networking organisation (www.tie.org). He is a past President of TiE Manchester and sits on its Board. He is also a past member and trustee of the Global Board of TiE and has chaired a number of its committees.

Sunil has business interests in the Middle East and acts as a consultant for numerous international companies which trade there.

Sunil has been active in voluntary community work for over 40 years and is a keen supporter of the Arts and Manchester City Football Club.

Sunil was one of the founding members of Cariocca.
