In his role of running Cariocca’s Ardwick park day-to-day, Charles is a familiar face to all tenants. He makes it his business to keep in regular face-to-face contact with everyone to understand their needs and concerns, where necessary taking swift action to deal with any issues as they arise. Charles enjoys his job so much that he claims he has no outside interests - Cariocca occupies his every waking moment.
